Was the email I received on November 4, 2024 a spam email?

No, this was not a spam email. We recognize you as a loyalty member, please sign up and use our new program by resetting your password using that email. Should you not feel comfortable clicking on the link in the email, please click this link to our website and login here.

 

I was a FIELDTRIP rewards member before, will my points/rewards transfer into this new account?

At this current time there is no way to transfer rewards or points from a previous rewards profile to our new loyalty program. However, when you sign up in the month of November, you will receive a FREE BOWL reward on us!

I originally was a part of FIELDTRIP’s old loyalty program, however I only provided my phone number. Do you still have my details?

How am I able to sign up for the Rice Money Rewards Program?

You will need to sign up for our rewards program by clicking on this link. You unfortunately, cannot sign up for rewards in person at our register.

How do I see my rewards?

Once you log into your account. On the left hand side you will see Account Overview. In the ‘summary of account’ section will read which rewards you have gained. 

How do I know if I have points?

Once you log into your account. On the left hand side you will see Account Overview. In the ‘summary of account’ section will read how many points you have accumulated. 



How do I redeem my rewards?

Your reward can be redeemed at the register at any of our 3 NYC locations. You can also apply your rewards using our online ordering system when checking out. 

Can my rewards be used online?

Yes!

Can my rewards be used in store?

Yes!

If I have a problem with my rewards / points, who do I contact?
